Is now the time to start applying for ROTC scholarships to desired colleges?

Try to get everything in by the end of Sept to be able to meet the 1st board. I think the actual deadline is early October but you will need to have your interview done as well.

NROTC meets starting at the end of this month if possible. But they meet every month (Marine option does not). It is best to get it all wrapped up as well and as quickly as you can.
