I was participating in self-defense martial arts during my junior year. Over the summer I stopped because I was really busy. Now that the school year has started again, I don't want to continue training, but I have submitted my activities record on my portal with it listed as 12th grade participation. Is there any way I can change what I wrote, or maybe contact somebody who can?

I was wondering the same thing. Now that senior year has started I've joined many more clubs and want to record it.

Joining a club for just your senior year probably won'thelp your chances very much. It might even hurt your chances because it looks like you are trying to pad your resume, which doesn't look good.

Contact your AOL and they can point you in thee right direction or call the admissions office. Both of those are there to help you during this process not hinder you.

When our DS had changes or additions to his activities record last year, he would email his USAFA admissions counselor and she would let him know how to proceed. Sometimes it required a school counselors acknowledgment if a school activity (elected to senate, becoming an officer/leader in a school club/team) or he emailed the certificate of accomplishment (ie. when he earned his black belt, becoming an AP Scholar, etc.). In these cases, we found the admissions counselor very helpful.
