Chances and improvements?

Hello, I have finished my application for West Point on August 13th, and I was wondering what my chances would be and what I can improve on. Also just extra info if this helps at all, I attended the Summer Leaders Experience.

GPA: 4.23 Unweighted, 3.87 Weighted; took hardest classes in curriculum in my high school.
My high school is medium sized in Southern California.
Rank: 15/553
SAT: 2070 (640 CR, 650 M, 780 W)
ACT: I plan on taking it soon.

Leadership:
CO-Captain of Honors Academic Decathlon - 4 Years
CO-Founder/President of High School Club (Stock Knowledge: club that informs students about the stock market, etc. Actually invests in companies and donates money to Cancer Research and other organizations) - 1 Year

Extracurricular:
4 Years Varsity Tennis (3 year letter winner, CIF SS Champion, Mt. Pass League Champion)
1 Year Varsity Wrestling (1 letter)
2 years Interact (Community Service Organization)
4 Years California Scholarship Federation Student Advisor
4 years Tutor (Tutored Algebra 2 and English for over 57 hours)
1 Year Engineering 2 Teacher Assistant
1 year National Honor Society
Countless other clubs

CFA: 67ft BB, 90 Sit-ups, 70 push-ups, 6:57 mile, 9.4 Shuttle Run, 9 Pull-ups

Edit/Bump: I've also taken 3 years of a Foreign Language (Spanish) if that helps.

Your SAT is acceptable, but your goal really should be 800 on CR & M. aim for that.

Thank you for your response! I will be taking the SAT soon and I've been reviewing constantly for it! Are my leadership and extracurricular activities good as well?
