Hello

My name is Jakub, I'am from Poland, I'am 18 years old and I'am in last class of maritime school on navigation profil. Whether it's that I don't come from the USA reduces my chances of admission to the USNA ?

If you are not s US citizen you cannot become a midshipman at USNA. Some countries send international midshipmen, but after graduation they return to their countries.

If you are a permanent resident, you are eligible to enlist in the US Army. However, under US law, officers must be US citizens by the first day of officer-accession courses: USNA, ROTC, OCS.

So after graduating from high school I might join the US Army (if I have green card) and after 2 years of service when I get citizenship, I will be able to finish USNA in absentia ?

".....I will be able to finish USNA in absentia ?"

I realize that English is not your first language but that phrase does not make sense in English. If you mean ".....will I be able to apply to USNA?" the answer is "yes".

I think he meant will he be able to graduate from USNA while not being physically at USNA.

One clarification - unless something has changed recently non citizens can enroll in ROTC but you must be a US citizen to be commissioned as a military officer.
