I graduated high school on 2012 and attended University for two years and last year I had to financially help my family and that's why my grade started falling and I got suspended from the university. Right now I am attending a community college and I took the ACT last summer and scored 30 overall.
I am also a blue belt in taekwondo and have competed regional levels, I am also the international diplomat at the community college.
Since my college transcript doesn't look good, can I just use my high school transcript?
Is there any possibilities that I could get in with these specs? or is it a waste?
or what should I start doing from now to help me cover up my college transcript?

ps. I am 20 yrs. and was planning to apply next year due to the age cut.

Quick answer... No.

I would hope that someone with poor grades would not bump hard working, high achieving applicants.

Anything is possible though. You come across as if English may be your second language. Is that true? If so, you may have an opening there... Are you an elite athlete?

Seriously, look at the "what are my chances" threads. Many kids with 4.0 get wait listed or rejected. Why would a poorly functioning student gain admission?

Don't mean to be harsh, just being real.

Although I don't disagree with Maplerock, it seems to me you have a (perhaps) off-setting advantage. They love folks who work through adversity especially when it's for the right reasons. Without knowing all your circumstances, I believe you have done just that. Don't cover-up your transcript, take advantage of it with a good story of how you recovered from it after helping your family.

I agree with kinnem. Overcoming adversity is a huge deal.

But ultimately, no one on these forums knows for sure what admissions looks for. But I do know I thing for sure -- the answer is always "no" if you don't apply.

I also agree with the above posters 100%. Also, to answer your question about transcripts, the answer is no, you cannot only send in your high school transcripts. The SAs will require you to send in all transcripts, even poor ones from a university or community college.

While yes, the SAs do admire those who persevere through tough times, it is that they still manage to excel through those tough times. Was this a slight dip, maybe just a few weeks? or did your grades decline for an entire semester? a whole year? That's not in your favor.

Where are you from?

I did three part time jobs and full time school for a year. I'm from India.

Haru, please know that there is ALWAYS a chance. I think about the people i graduated with, the things they accomplished during high school and in their communities and I wonder how in the heck did I get in. Anything is possible and if it is meant to be then it will happen. Only way to know for sure is to apply! I assumed I had no chance at all but figured I would apply. I graduated 3 years ago now and am scheduled to promote to Captain this may. Anything is possible. Good luck
