Yes. If you are not in a varsity or club sport, you are required to participate in intramural type athletics.
 
I meant like at West Point. I play multiple sport for my school. But do you have to play a sport when your at West Point?
 
You will participate in several sports; whether that participation is on the DivI level, club level, or intramural level - well, there are many factors involved there.

When you attend West Point are you required to play a NCAA sport? Sorry for the confusion.
 
At a Service Academy, usually if recruited or make walk-on, you can play NCAA varsity sport. If you are not a varsity athlete, you will either play club sport or intramural, depending on your skills and interests. The intramural is internal to USMA, playing other cadets. Club plays other club teams from other schools and travels. I am speaking from USNA knowledge, but I believe USMA to be same.
 
You are certainly not required to play an NCAA sport at any division level if that's what you're asking. I have a sense there is some underlying issue driving the question. Uf there is, and you're willing to mention it, we might be able to give more helpful answers.
