Hello, so I am applying for the January Board, and am completing my PMS interview and PFT in the next 2 weeks before Christmas break. I am not worried about the PMS Interview, but I am a little bit worried about the PFT. I can do 52 Push up, 55 sit ups, and run a mile in 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Is this enough?

The only other concern I have is my unweighted GPA, which is a 3.368. Will this hurt my application?
Thank you for your help.

If those PFT numbers are for (1) minute, you're above average so don't worry about it.

The GPA isn't stellar but it's not terrible and there have been plenty of people get scholarships with a lower GPA than yours. Also, theoretically the board looks at the "whole person" so even though you didn't list any, they will look at your SAT/ACT scores, sports you played, leadership positions, work experience, volunteer hours, etc... Just remember that even if you don't get a scholarship from the board, you can go to college and participate in the program. Many people do just that and do awesome that first semester or first year at school and end up with a scholarship anyway.

Good luck to you!!

PT is good.
That is passing the push ups and sit ups for the two minute standards (although you will wanna do more than pass)

The GPA, is that what your school gave you, or what shows up on your official portal?
My school told me my weighted GPA was a 3.1, meanwhile AROTC recalculated my UNweighted to be a 3.7. (I ask this because I remember the application only going to the tenth)

The GPA is from my high school's offcial unweighted transcript.

My son got the 4-year with just a bit better PT, ACT of 28, and GPA of 3.0. So there's a good chance depending on the rest of your 'whole person'

If you have submitted your transcript and it has been processed, what they calculated your GPA to be should be in your file. Go log into your portal and check to see what they view it as.

I have an ACT of 28 and a slew of extracurriculars, so I'm not sure. I don't really have any highschool athletics, though I did play football for 9 years, 1 of those being high school.
