Every MOC works at their own speed. They have until Jan 31st to submit. As you can see majority are rolling in now As the staffer who does this entry is probably crossing stuff off their list before they take vacation like the rest of America. Traditionally when appointments roll out in mass, the MOC will be notified and are given a few days to call and notify a candidate first. It doesn't mean this is where Nom comes from if you are qualified for multiples noms. It's just how it's done to give your local MOC a chance to congratulate a constituent. To be honest who you are charged to doesn't really matter, an appointment is an appointment. Just like with Noms, you will see the full array of notifications for appointments. Some will be MOC phone calls, others will see portal updates, others will get a BFE. So after the new year and they start to roll out relax and remember as long as you don't have a TWE, you are in the game!
