Filling out the summer seminar application and it asks for grade you earned in that class. What if you got a A first semester and a B the second semester? What should we put? Thank you.

You put whatever your final semester grade is for each class.
 
Ok a question. Are they only asking for the english, math, physics and chemistry classes? If they have taken more math should it be listed? What about other science? Thanks!
 
And then just english? No need to list history or foreign language or anything else?
 
True, but it also didn't ask for science other than physics and chemistry.
