Hello,

I am wondering if there is a deadline to submit CFA results. The USMA website only shows the chart of APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TIMELINE is between Feb. and March.

Does it mean that the deadline to submit CFA results is the same between Feb. and March?

Any info is highly appreciated.

I'll assume you are applying for C/O 2020. Out of curiosity, have you been scheduled for your medical?

Thanks. It's for my DS. He has everything else completed, but not CFA.
Everything must be in by the stated deadline. I believe the deadline is in February. Check the portal or call for exact date. However, at this point you have to ask yourself what is he capable of doing now and is waiting longer going to result in improvement. I recommend your son have the test administered now as a bench mark. See USMA website http://www.usma.edu/admissions/Shared Documents/CFA_Instructions.pdf . It list the averages and the maximum. You can choose to submit or retake but at least you will know were you stand and have a certified test in hand. DO NOT wait until the last minute!! Things happen (minor injury, cold, scheduling conflicts, etc). Failure to submit any required paperwork is your issue so plan accordingly. Personally, I would not go past January unless you feel like you are way low in a particular event. If that is the case, I would seek guidance from WP about your scores. Definitely do the benchmark now. No official insight on my part, but I think having your stuff in my end of January is helpful.

Thanks for the advice.

Everyone has their own deadline, and that deadline is stated on your DS's portal. He has to take the cfa on or before his deadline; taking the test before december 31 would have just given him the chance of retaking the test if he fails.
