ACT score update

So I took the ACT this past December and I had the scores sent to USNA directly from ACT website; however, they are not updated in my portal. The scores became available December 22 along with the SAT scores from that month. My SAT scores are updated but now my ACT scores. Any one else having the same problem?
 
My daughter's aren't posted yet, either. Last month SAT (after waiting forever for the October scores to be posted) told me that the USNA wants the results via paper rather than electronically, so it is my assumption they want the ACT scores in the same format. Her SAT scores were posted on the LAST date listed for reporting official scores, so I'm not expecting the ACT results to be posted anytime soon, unfortunately...
 
I can tell you that with ACT, USNA definitely gets scores by CD, and not paper. Usma is only Academy that still gets paper scores. But I'm not sure about SAT scores. Maybe different.

From our experience, the delays in posting really have lied with the accademys. Each kids scores for each test gets pulled from a CD and logged in by a staff person.
 
Wonder if my sons are uploaded to his USNA portal then. Hope so. They uploaded to his USMA and USAFA portals this week, but don't know about USNA. I'll tell him to check when he gets home from work.
 
My son is having the same issue w ACT and portal updated at the SAs. ACT sends theirs out on a CD in a big batch at once to the academies. Oct 2015 scores have not posted to both the USNA and the USAFA. I requested those to be sent back in early November. ACT confirmed they were sent. I called ACT and also gave them his ACT ID and got his batch # from ACT for Oct 2015 test scores and gave it to my son to e mail to admissions. Dec 2015 scores ACT said go out Jan 13th and to call back then for the batch#. Hope that helps. I am just concerned that if they review his records now he wont have as great as scores posted as he actually has. Has his required noms for both academies, just wish the portal would update.
 
My first ACT score update never went through so I emailed my designated regional admissions officer and she fixed the problem within a day or two.

My son boosted his math score to 34, and added a point to English, 31, so he really wants those scores to be the ones admissions looks at when reviewing his application. I also wonder if the academies have some trigger to evaluate if a candidate reaches a certain score overall, and ACT scores would certainly be relevant in that equation. My son would like to call, but he has almost no opportunity during business hours, due to school and practice. The times that he has called he was unable to get through to anyone. He has sent emails with very little success.

Exactly the same here. He even emailed his admissions advisor and the academy. Nothing. I am concerned also if they review his file all his best scores are not in the equation. Feel stuck and he too has no time due to a heavy class load and sports during business hours. He tried at lunch several times and got VM.
 
My son having same issue at each of the academies with respect to scores. I hate to call for my son, but I have twice just because he can't. You have to get lucky and get the right person on the phone who will take care of business without getting ticked off that you are calling at a time when they are scrambling with other things.
 
Did you have to have your batch# from ACT for them to complete this for you?
I sent an email explaining the issue and attached a picture from ACT showing the confirmation that the score was sent to the Academy and I was charged $12.00. I was just told that my record was updated and my CIS portal reflected the change.
