Obviously applications are closed, but if you had a recent achievement or recommendation letter, would you be permitted to add that to your file?

DS has done this. He just emailed them to admissions counselor to add to his file. Got email back every time thanking him for update and assurance addition to file! Quite a few after 31 Jan, and a few more going in this week!

That's interesting-I had a few things to add last week and my admissions counselor said they couldn't take anything after January 31st.

DD was also informed that 1 February was the deadline for submission of supplemental materials.

Guess it depends on AC, friend of DS from NASS was not able to add anything to his file. Good Luck!

It's disappointing if the Feb 1st " deadline" is arbitrarily enforced.
Well, a deadline is a deadline. However maybe it depends on what info is being sent, such as spring sport varsity captain or updated ACT score that may be allowed, versus another recommendation letter that adds nothing new. Just a thought.

I agree with merica. There needs to be consistency...either everyone is allowed to do it or no one, but there can't be some regions that do and some that don't.
Testing scores were specifically addressed as being allowed past the deadline (along with DODMERB).
Won't change for this year...but maybe something that would be good feedback.

OP...sounds like the constant thing in the military..."it depends."

This is not really the same situation, but last year after DS was put on the waitlist, he was able to supplement his file in May.
