I received a principal nomination to USMA by my local state representative, and I am now medically qualified after receiving a waiver for an allergy I had. So my question is am I going to be receiving an offer of appointment soon since it is my understanding a principal nominee, under most circumstances, has to be offered admission as long as they pass the requirements physical, medically, and academically.

Thank you, and good luck to all of you waiting on your offer of appointment too!

Sounds like it! Congrats!

USMA Must offer a principal nomination an appointment if they are minimally qualified. USAFA has similar language. USNA does not have the same Must restriction.
32 CFR 575.3 https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/32/575.3
"For example, a principal nominee who is found minimally qualified must be offered an appointment."

And I think some of them applying to USNA found out about that "must" clause last year if I'm not mistaken.

USNA no longer routinely tells applicants if they are 3Q which also contributed to that big discussion last year. Some were assuming they were 3Q when in fact they were not.
