How do I re-apply correctly?

Hi everyone! I've been on the forum for a little while now because I was an applicant for the class of 2020. I received my TWE today and have began to make moves towards my application for the class of 2021. With that I have a few questions that I can't seem to find the answer to, or would like some of ya'lls opinions.

If I were to attend an out of state school would I have to apply to that state's MOC and Reps for nominations? ALO as well?

I also have a Commander's Scholarship for AFROTC at the University of Houston. If I were to take this school (Haven't decided between this or Norwich), how difficult would it be to re-apply to USAFA? Would anything be special in regards to the scholarship?

During high school I was very active in CAP, going into college soon, what other extracurricular are available if I can't attend anymore meetings? Also in this realm, is firefighting something that would be looked favorably?

Any other tips to become a stronger reapp.?

Thank you in advance for your help!

You can still be active in CAP when in AFROTC. Personally, I would take the Commander's scholarship. I would imagine that your goal is to become an Air Force officer and not just go through a service academy. AFROTC will get you there, even if your preferred method is USAFA.
