contacting DoDMERB

seeking opinions on whether or not my DD would need to contact DoDMERB if her optical prescription changed slightly when she was examined a few weeks ago? We have sent the RX to USAFA already. One of her eyes actually improved!
 
Is she an appointee? If so, I believe you would arrange that through USAFA not DoDMERB.
