Yes, my DD just received an email stating 
, she is an official USNA Class of 2021 Candidate! (She is going to NASS in June, so this may account for the email so early?) This email also contains the *new* CIS Portal password for Applicants for the Class of 2021, which is now officially open !
Unfortunately,
this *new* password is also the *new* password for the **current** members of the reporting Class of 2020. This is the reason why many '20s cannot log into their CIS Portal.
'20s need to check their email.

Son got the official candidate email as well. He was not accepted to NASS.
