PTR packet comes in the mail but you can print a copy as well. It shows up on your portal. It is a lot of forms and some has to be mailed by May 16 but I'm sure late appointees get extra time.
 
As luck would have it, it appeared in the mail today!

Never been so happy to have a mountain of mundane paperwork.
