USAFA Class of 2016 Stats

Is the average GPA that was published just a normally calculated unweighted GPA, or is it the one the admissions people adjust based on school profiles and stuff like that?
 
I would assume that it is a normal unweighted GPA since that is the GPA that they ask for in the application.
 
This is the USAFA graduating class of 2016 stats. Most probably adjusted imho.

I guess it would make more sense for it to be un-adjusted because nobody really knows what their adjusted GPA will be, and the average AFA-adjusted GPA wouldn't give you much valuable info.

Anyone know if stats like these also available for AFROTC?
