Everything MAJ M said is dead on. You can still ADSO for duty stations too.
Be aware, if you want to go to an Airborne unit, the 101st is not one. Just like he said, talk to your branch manager (there is one for each branch that deals solely with LTs) and let them know what you want. Don't expect them to send you to your #1 choice just because you call them, you're one of thousands they manage and you're not special. If you want it bad enough, ADSO for a post with an airborne unit (FT Bragg, NC, FT Richardson, AK, Vicenza, Italy).
If you branch IN, there's a real good chance you'll get airborne school after BOLC, if you are headed to an airborne unit you will go prior to going to your unit.
