Army ROTC General Error

When I log on to the Army ROTC scholarship application site, there is always a general error message. I noticed it just yesterday and tried again today to see if anything changed but no. Am I the only one having this trouble or are those that are also applying for an Army ROTC scholarship experiencing the same technical difficulties as well?
 
What browser are you using? What specifically is the error message you're seeing?

I use Firefox, which worked fine until yesterday. The error message I'm seeing says "A General Error Has Occurred" and says contact the site administrator as well at the bottom of the message.
 
Try using internet explorer instead. Most ROTC/SA's don't get along well with Firefox, Chrome, etc. They all work fine with I.E. though.

I appreciate the advice, but even with Internet Explorer there still exists a general error message. :(
 
Also try clearing your cache and history, this often resolves internet issues.
 
I am experiencing the same problem. Has been this way the last two days.
 
Same here. Went in tonight to setup account, got as far as submitting basic personal info, then got the dreaded "General Error" message. We were using Chrome, so shifted to IE, cleaned cache, etc. same result. Will be contacting site admin tomorrow, and will post results.
 
Got a reply this morning....guess what? There's an issue with the website. Actual response is:

Hello

There appears to be an issue currently with the scholarship website. We have contacted our admins about the issue but do not have an ETA on a resolution at this time.

Received another update from Ft Knox....system is up and running! I actually logged in, and it's true - had no problems accessing in either Chrome or EI. Hopefully it's working for everyone.
