Officially qualified?

The DoDMERB portal now shows that our DS was granted a medical waiver. Is there anywhere on the system that will show that he is now medically qualified?

He will get a letter from Cadet Command that he is qualified. The official letter will take a couple weeks potentially from when you saw it on DoDMERB. That letter is his golden ticket. Advice we were given is to have a screen shot of it on his phone for easy access at all times. He will need it repeatedly throughout college and military career. Keep copies of the letter in a safe place as well.
 
Congrats to both wisbang and rehula on receiving the medical waivers -- I remember that feeling from last year for my DS . . .

Yes . . . we have the "original" waiver letter for my DS safely stored away and there are several scanned copies strategically placed . . . ;)
