Application Questions

My DS promoted to candidate and working on forms. The USAFA Form 147, Candidate Activities record is used to show activities grades 10-12. Since he is planning on applying as soon as possible, how can you check any marks for 12? He is going to send an e-mail to admissions, but just wondering if anyone had dealt with this?

You would include what he is planning to do, for example, my son will be Varsity Lacrosse so he included that, also planned theater activities.
Read the instructions again as for the Naval Academy form it said Have done or plan to do.
