does anyone have the link to the candidate portal instruction booklet? Mine said "not available yet" and I asked several questions to the WP admissions office, but no one got back to me and my state coordinator/Liasion officer is also "not available yet"
 
This means you have to wait. When it's open, you will have access if they deem you qualified. Admissions officers go on summer vacation and will get back to you when they are available.
 
I'm having this problem too. My candidate page is on the one with transcript requests and essay files, but I have no "instructions"

Also there is a tab that says "upload docs" but I haven't touched it because I haven't received instructions on if all those files are mandatory or how I actually upload.
