On my application for the USAFA, it says that if I complete 3 of the following forms, they will send my info to dodmerb, and I will be able to have my medical exam done. I have completed more than three of those forms about a week ago, and still have not gotten anything from either the AFA or dodmerb. Is it up to me to contact dodmerb now? Or should I wait longer?

If you are far enough along in the process, DODMERB should contact you. If that haven't, it never hurts to contact them! They responded to me in less than an hour.
