I am applying to both USMA and AROTC, and my dentist and orthodontist recommend that I get my wisdom teeth out before college, would this be a problem for DoDMERB?

Short answer - no, it will not be a problem.

Recommend getting it done sooner rather than later.

DD and many of her 2020 classmates had their wisdom teeth removed several weeks before I-day this summer.
As long as there are no complications, it will not affect DodMERB. If there are any complications, getting wisdom teeth removed now versus waiting until the spring, will allow time to deal with those issues and have them resolved so that it will not be a problem.

I'll caveat all of this by saying, this is the way it worked for USAFA class of 2020.

Also, if you do a search on this forum concerning wisdom teeth, you will find a considerable amount of discussion.

Best of luck.
