So the WCS is basically howWest Point ranks candidates.
I know its academics, leadership/athleticism/SOE, and CFA but where does the other components fall in?

Specifically the essaies and the optional employer evaluation. If those two aren't in the WCS (which I assume play some part in the application but dont seem to fall in the WCS) then how does the admissions committee consider them?

Are you saying essays? Or am I missing something?

I am not sure if essays or employer evaluations are specifically scored, and if so how they are scored. Most likely it would be in the leadership portion, which in my mind should be called leadership/character, as that seems to cover everything that isn't academic or physical. Someone else here probably has actual insight and can clear it up.

I suggest you work a bit on proofreading things before submitting though. Even just spelling errors can make you look bad. No biggy on a forum like this, but would be on an application submission.

Oh, I never realized till now that the proper spelling is "essays" - for years I've been spelling it "essaies" thinking thats the plural form spelling... I can't believe I've been spelling it like that for years and not been told that its wrong.

Sorry for confusion
