Improper Hearing Test?

I just got finished with my DODMERB appointment and all went well except for the hearing. I missed one beep. I don't think it should be an issue however the hearing test was not properly conducted. It was just a probe they stuck in my ear in the exam room. There was a ton of background noice from people speaking outside the room. In the small chance that DODMERB finds my hearing to be DQing is there a way I can appeal due to an improper test? Thanks

My DD had a failed hearing test, we were responsible for the next one at the audiologist. It worked out and she ended up getting a waiver.

Coach Kent, the failed hearing test did not generate a remedial, it actually had to be waived? The reason I ask is because my son who is a reapplicant this year had same thing happen to him last year and he immediately supplied a couple of follow up hearing tests that were within standards. I just assumed that would be taken care of as a remedial but he stayed in unqualified status pending waiver.
