Help!!, my DD will apply to all 3 National Scholarships, she is in High School now, so this part, I need help, did she will need to go, to 3 different, Fitness test , for each branch?
I know for the Medical part is just ONE exam with the,DODmerb, but for the other part , did we need to find a pe teacher or coach, who will have to test her 3 times, one per each branch?, thank you.

Each branch will differ.

For AROTC, it is a choice between APFT or PFT. APFT is harder than the PFT. @clarksonarmy writes a great blog on this:

For NROTC, the tests differ between NROTC AFA test vs NROTC Marine Option
Navy: http://www.nrotc.navy.mil/physical_requirements.html
Marine: http://www.military.com/military-fitness/marine-corps-fitness-requirements/usmc-pft-charts

For AFROTC, has a single PFT

We opted to three separate tests because we really didn't do the application at the same time for all of them. It would be nice if they were all the same, but they aren't... of course. Also, the NROTC test has very specific time criteria for each event and recovery time between events, etc. I would say, if you're trying to consolidate tests... you *could* do all three at once... follow the NROTC time guidelines, but make sure the person overseeing the test makes a note of the crunch and push up count at BOTH the one and two minute marks, and the run at BOTH the 1 mile and 1.5 mile mark... and fill in the test forms accordingly.

NROTC: Crunches 2 min, Push Ups 2 min, 1 mile run
AROTC: Crunches 1 min, Push Ups 1 min, 1 mile run
AFROTC: Crunches 1 min, Push Ups 1 min, 1.5 mile run

Thanks for your answer, Im wondering if she can be tested like you suggest, so I dont ask the PT teacher to do it 3 times!!, she will apply asap they open aplicattion window for 3 branches, so hopefully she can do it once.

Each branch has its own rules on who can administer their particular fitness test. For example, I believe only a Marine can administer the NROTC/MO test, whereas a variety of PE teachers and military staff can administer the Army PFT.

Bottom line: READ each application carefully for the rules, as they change periodically as well.

+1 to AROTC-dad. Only a Marine can administer the Marine Option PFT and it is sally done immediately after the interview, although I'm sure there are exceptions.

DS applied for NROTC and AROTC last year his NJROTC Instructor did the tests since they had different timing of events and between events he had to do two separate tests and also had to do on separate days.

Even though it is a pain, there is an argument for doing the tests separately. Taking a first minute on a test for example, or only 1 mile of a 1.5 mile run can disadvantage her scores. For the 1 minute or the 1 mile she will want to give it her all, if she is pacing herself for a longer/farther segment, then it will be less than her best. Good luck to her!
