Naps/Foundation

If I have received TWE, is there any possibility of NAPS or Foundation. I understand the Scholarships are pretty much gone, but what about those who are willing to use our own college funds?

There is at least one prep school that I know about which will take students who do not have scholarships. It is called Greystone Prep and it is on the campus of Schreiner University in Kerrville Texas. They have a great website and a nice YouTube video:

You can't use your own funds to go to NAPS. For the Foundation prep program the benefit in the scholarship is that your appointment is yours to lose. Without the Prep scholarship you compete in the same pool as other candidates.
Both MMI, NMMI and Valley Forge are examples of military junior colleges that accept non-scholarship students into their Service Academy Prep program. One benefit of the military junior college is that you have the military environment and military role models. It is a great way to confirm that military school is right for you.

I would caution you to proceed carefully and explore all options including what contingency plan you will have if you don't get an appointment on the second try.

Thanks I was just checking what my best option would be. I am already accepted in several highly ranked universities. I was just trying to figure out the best way to enhance my chances for next year

Going to a highly ranked university, taking "plebe year" classes and doing well is a great plan. If your school has ROTC it would behoove you to take that as well - even if you don't have a scholarship.
