I would say yes, why wouldn't they?

I know that the USAFA Prep School (federal prep) is not accredited, so you can't transer any credit to another university if you decide to leave. I don't know if this applies to USMAPS, NAPS. But if you are talking about civil prep then yes their credits should be transferable.

Unless they've changed, Northwestern Prep credits will NOT transfer.

SA Prep courses may be transferable to colleges IF they are earned at an Accredited College or University.

There are two different types of prep programs; the Academy prep schools and the AOG or Foundation prep programs.
Academy prep schools are NOT accredited Colleges. You will not be able to transfer course work earned here to a college or university. You may be found to be exempt from some courses by examination, however.
These schools include: USMAPS, NAPS, AF Prep

AOG Scholarships of Foundation prep programs, including the Coast Guard CGRIT program uses different schools and different types of schools.
The Military Junior Colleges such as MMI, NMMI and Valley Forge are all Accredited Colleges. The course work earned there MAY be transferable to other colleges and universities. The college and/or University to which you wish to transfer makes the determination as to whether or not they will accept the credit.
Another "civil prep" option - are post grad years at prep schools or programs like NWP. These are prep schools programs that are NOT affiliated with a college or university and you won't earn "college credit".

Blue Thunder - NWP for one semester will not provide you with college credit. It is not an Accredited College.
Greystone Prep is affiliated with Schreiner University and all courses are taken at Schreiner and credits may be transferable.
