Medical Forms Help!!!

I faxed in my medical forms this morning. Then I put them and everything for my medical information into the greay envelope. However, I forgot to make a copy of it to bring with me to the academy. It went out with the mail. So now what do I do?
 
I would just call your admissions officer and ask them to scan in the forms and email then back to you....or they could fax it....

The swab wants to bring copies in case Admissions doesn't receive them.

If Admissions already has them, no need for the copies. :wink:
 
Good call....if only I could remember what I was required to bring. Tell you the truth, I forgot everything I thought I knew about 2 mins into R-day.
 
Thank you all. I will call the medical office today and see if they recieved the forms.
