There are any of a number of things.

First, did you learn why the waiver was denied? Second, is there "room to appeal" the denial? Third, are there any other options?

What "I" would do is contact Mr. Larry Mullen (he's here ALL the time) and send him, as he requests: your SSN last 4, full name, and "the facts" and he will get back to you and he can explain IN COMPLETE DETAIL the why's and wherefore's. This gent KNOWS the answers and is VERY open in supplying them to you personally.

He may tell you that there are options and what they are, and he may tell you that there's nothing that can be done. Either way, he'll tell you the EXACT information you're seeking.

I would definitely contact him.
