Roughly a two months ago, I took the DODMERB exam. It said that I had 1 remedial to do: I needed a repeat urinalysis becuase I had excessive protein (which I hear is fairly common for those who live active lives). I completed the remedial repeat urinalysis roughly five weeks ago and it STILL says "case closed" on the dodmets.com site... I would really appreciate if someone can tell me when the case will be complete so I can be approved... Thank you for your time and help...

There's ONE person that can do that: Mr. Larry Mullen.

Send him your full name, last 4 of your SSN, and tell him what you just told us...he's VERY good at getting back to you fairly quickly and trust me, if you've not read this thread too much...

He IS the man that knows...check out his job title!

"Deputy Director, DODMERB"

His info is posted throughout this thread!

Steve is exactly correct. The Case Close moniker is from the Contractor (Concorde) that performed the exams. That means they sent the case to us. Send me your posting; your full name and last 4 SSN to Larry.Mullen@dodmerb.tma.osd.mil and I can assist you from there:thumb:

There are two web sites. One is for the physical examination contractor, Concorde, Inc., and the other is for DoDMERB.

The Concorde web site is used for scheduling the physical examination. Once Concorde forwards all parts of the physical examination to DoDMERB that site will register the status as "Closed".

Once your status is "Closed" on the Concorde site you will need to register on the DoDMERB site. There you will be able to track your physicals process through the DoDMERB review.

Yep, we now track son's exam on the DoDMERB site. When you look at your DODMETS account application status it should show a tiny little link that says For further information about your application status CLICK HERE. That will take you to the DoDMERB site. you need to start an account with DoDMERB and track it from there. You don't have to watch the DODMETS site any longer, IMO.

Joshuac - Again this is your best course of action

Thank you everyone for your help. I greatly appreciate your time, effort, and care... :)

Mr. Mullen, did you get the email I sent you a few hours ago? I was pretty much thanking everyone in ADVANCE on this thread... I still am unsure of my status...

UPDATE - They system will be down FROM 4 PM MDT 2 Jul TO 5 PM MDT 5 Jul.
I will reply when it comes back up again:thumb:

You see what you've done, Larry? You've spoiled everyone and we can't even give you a day off.

For all those working through the DoDMERB process this year, Larry Mullen is your new best friend. We just got back from RDay and the fact that my son (two waivers) is at WP is as much due to Larry Mullen as anyone else. He can't just make it happen for you but he can answer your questions (quickly) and guide you through the process (he IS the process).

The good news is that he probably has a lot more time this year since he's not dealing with us.

(I do miss checking that DoDMERB site two or three times a day.)

And THAT is why you're aprouddad:shake:

I'm so happy that one finish line was crossed, only to find another starting line just on the other side:thumb:

All of us at DoDMERB aim to assist applicants to be our future military leaders:thumb:

:) I hope you enjoyed your days off Larry, from what I see, you deserve it... Any updates on my status? (I emailed you a few days ago)

:) Haha I recently checked my email and saw that I was DODMERB approved over a month ago! Thank you very much for your help Mr. Mullen...
