Larry Mullen the Deputy Director of DODMERB posted his e-mail address last week for all on this forum to access and ask questions. Tonight I accessed my daughter's medical status on the DODMERB website and found that yet another disqualification letter had been sent. It looked as if her waiver had been denied, though her status still read "pending submission of waiver request/review." I was frantic and confused so I e-mailed Larry and immediately got a response that he was out of the office. Seconds later my phone rang and it was Larry himself calling from Washington D.C. He spoke at length with me regarding my daughter's case. He was very thorough, explained the process and cleared up all the questions I had. Long story short, her case is now going to be evaluated by the waiver authorities.
I was amazed at the lightening quick response. This was unbelievable service!! I can't say enough about him. Larry, with so many questions people must have, you must never sleep.
