What a satisfying win yesterday was. Bret Favre is the Man! He has given new hope to all of us "over the hill but don't think so ourselves" kind of guys who still see a 21 year old staring back at them from the mirror when shaving (ok it's a porky, balding 21 year old but still- I am not in my 50s regardless of what the calendar says!!!). The lesson- forget those young squirt critics -He outta stay as long as he feels like he is still one of the top QBs in the NFL, which may be until he's in his 50s! I may nominally be a Patriots fan still- but I'm hoping for the Vikings to go all the way this year!

See what happens when you team gets a bye week? :shake:

Having been born in Green Bay, I am a huge Packers fan.

I grew up knowing only Brett Favre as our QB, and now he's on the Vikings... I'm so torn.

Farve must be like 70 yrs old by now. Why doesn't he just stay retired maybe get a job with ESPN or something.
Another cheesehead bites the dust:yllol::shake::biggrin:

Well if he is 70 and still doing this well- I hope he plays till he's 100 or sick of getting hit. He certainly made Green Bay look silly yesterday!

Fifty Year Giants Fan. Born in the Bronx. It looks like it will be a long, bad year as the remaining schedule works out. Still wear my Super Bowl Champion hat though.:thumb: Always liked Terry Bradshaw. He has never gotten the credit he deserved. Then again I also liked Kenny "The Snake" Stabler even when he was at Alabama and way before the Raiders. Always the Rebel.

My teams are the 3B's Browns, Bengals and Buccaneers. I like underdogs. My favorite quote regarding football came then Tampa head couch John McKay after an extremely poor game a reporter asked McKay what he thought about his teams execution his reply "I'm in favor of it".:yllol::shake:
