There is a video posted on the Matriculation website that covers the move in process. There are also quite a few videos on YouTube that cover move in day. The short version is that you will be given a time window to report. You will get in your car and drive to a specified place where you will be given your company and barracks assignment. You will drive to that barracks, the Blue Shirt Army will unload your car and carry your stuff to your room (make sure you help carry!) We drop your stuff off in your room, say good bye to your parents and time for you get to work. Make sure you eat a good breakfast and are hydrated. My advice that I give all knobs as I leave the room is as follows:
What you are about to go through is hard. Break each day down into manageable pieces. Get through one task and get on with the next. Don't overthink it and don't look back. Break each day down! Many knobs quit the first day...first week because they get overwhelmed. Don't be that knob - break it down into bite size pieces!. Good luck and PM me if you ever need anything. I am in Charleston on a regular basis.
I also suggest you reach out to

A little advice.......make sure that your mom does not carry anything...ANYTHING. Trust me on this.
