Does WP Admissions have a deadline to submit mid-year grades?
Our schools have been closed since Feb 4 due to snow and just returned today. The kids won't get anything sent out until mid week.

I don't think so; at least I didn't get such a notice.

We haven't had any snow here, but with our semester ending in late January, were told no information would be available until at least tomorrow and that transcripts wouldn't be able to go out for another couple weeks. I know CA schools are even further behind ours in timeline so I don't think you're behind the power curve much at all.

Just heard that our schools are closed for Tuesday, February 16th. Our kids have been out of school since January 29th, except for a shortened school day on February 4th!

(Sorry for getting off topic!)

Is it required to send in mid-year grades? I know it is helpful in your application if you are waiting on an appointment but I have an appointment already.

In the packet online there is a form to request final transcripts. I knew that they need to hear about your senior year grades as an appointment is contingent on continued success but I was going to wait to send in my final transcript only?... Advice please!

Our son's LOA said that is appointment "was contingent upon a nomination and continued excellent work in school." Although he received his appointment a couple of weeks ago, we still sent the 7th semester transcript through Docufide. It was easy, $5.00, and it helped to meet their 'continued excellent work in school' contingency.

If you don't know whether you should or not, 1 quick question to your admissions rep will clear it up.

I emailed my Admissions Liaison Officer about this about a month ago; he said if USMA didn't ask for them, then I don't need to send them. I think they just require end of year grades, as there is a form for that on the candidate portal.
