Does anyone have a phone number to contact CC? My point of contact person's voice mail states she no longer works in the scholarship division, but I cannot understand the email address on her message and she does not leave an alternate phone number to call.

Basically I am looking for a phone number to a real live person who will answer a question regarding a scholarship that has already been awarded? Am I looking for a miracle?? :thumb:

Thanks in advance!

Sent you a working email address (in your PM) of someone who has been helpful for us if that helps.

Try this # @ CC 757-788-4563, name is Ms Crewe. Hope this helps!!!:thumb:

NC Mom, our kids must have the same contact person because we tried calling her yesterday and it was the same recording you heard. It's so frustrating. My son is emailing atccps@usacc.army.mil today so I hope he gets a reply. If not, I'll give him the contact infor that kydad posted.

I did call Ms Crewe and she was not helpful, rather unhelpful really. My son received one of those messages that he had won a scholarship but there were no allocations for any of the schools he listed. I was calling for clarification and perhaps some direction on schools with allocations remaining. Her response was to keep sending in school names until one of them hit. She warned against contacting any PMS as that was CC's job. My son did contact several PMSs at other schools and they are all very frustrated with the situation this year and ALL were willing to help us.

Classof2010, we felt the same way about our POC person. My son received a letter every month stating he was still missing one item. Every month I would fax it in, and my fax machine verified it was received. Each month he called his POC and she said his application was complete. He sometimes emailed her, sometimes called, often times with no reply. The times he did talk to her she seemed like he was bothering her and she was short with him. He received another letter last week stating he is still missing the same document. He emailed cadet commandt at the atccps address and they replied right away saying that they have still not received it (I've faxed it every month since September!) I faxed it again this morning and he will follow up with them to make sure it is received, and if not, he can send it via email. This is soooo frustrating.

boy does this sound like our experiences. It was really hard to get through to our person, get a response or call back and each time it seems like we are bothering her.

I'm sure like everything else, they are understaffed and overworked but it sure does get frustrating after a while.

I'm sure they're even MORE understaffed now that she's no longer there!! We no longer have a POC!

My son emailed the atccps address yesterday after I faxed the documents. They replied today that it has [finally] been received and posted. Hallelujiah!!! Crossing fingers he does well in the next board.
