Hi Guys/Girls!!! New Here HELP PLEASE!!

So it's my first post so let's make it a Good One!!!
I applied last week to USAFA SS, USMA SLS.
Within 24 Hours, I received a call from USAFA ALO for a meeting.
I'm meeting with the ALO this weekend. What should I do, say etc.?
Is this a good sign{because of the quick response}?
I come from a Prep School (w/Scholarship}, have a interesting story, a G.P.A of 3.7 Unwieghted with Honors and AP classes. My SAT are 570- MATH and Critical Reading. English is not my first language at home, come from E. Europe. {I'm a U.S. Citizen} Do you think I make a good candidate/cadet?

Not really quick response. Summer seminar applications deadline is in another week or two. You're definitely towards the end. Your ALO probably already did interviews with the others who applied already. But the fact that you got an interview, is a good sign. It means they think you might be a good person for the summer seminar program

You definitely need to work on your SAT scores. 570 in math is on the lower side, and math is very important to the academies

Sorry, but that is too difficult of a question to ask. However: Being you have an interview with the ALO this week, ask them. They aren't the bad guys. They are there to help you. After the interview, have a short, frank chat with the ALO. What they are looking for, for summer seminar is not the same as for applying to the academy. Ask your ALO what they are looking for. Ask them what some of their past candidates who received appointments had for scores, activities, etc... That is the best way to judge yourself. Against others in your district, state, school system, etc...

TAKE THE ACT as well as the SAT! Seriously, the ACT is a cakewalk for some people.

As for the interview, just be yourself.
