Is it possible for me change my summer seminar attendance date after I've already submitted my application? The session I signed up for conflicts with my USAFA SS date so I wanted to change it but I'm not sure if this is possible.

Thank you.

Just blow off the USAFA session... :)

Yes, you can call Admissions and check to see if they can accommodate the request.

Were you able to select a specific week? I thought an offer was random and you couldn't select a preference.

I don't think my sons mentioned that when they completed their apps.

Well there's a section where you can indicate which ones you would DEFINITELY be able to attend. And you can mark YES/NO for each section. I guess if you get accepted, they pick a session out of the ones you marked YES for.

I marked sessions A and C. I would rather go to session C, because I would be out of school by then! Session A would be the week before finals and Session B would be the week of finals for me, and I definitely can not miss finals/friends' graduation! I marked session A anyway, since I could work something out with my school if I happen to get session A of NASS. I'd rather get Session A of AFA SS over Session A of NASS since it falls two weeks before finals and the week of my birthday!!

My son has tried to call and let them know that he can't attend session A since he will be going to USAFA SS. However, all he gets is a recording. Is there another number he can try??

My son sent an email through the admissions site. I think there was a topic option for either SS or just high school junior. He got an immediate response on changing his choice.

My daughter was able to change hers...wont hurt to try!

That was fast. My son emailed them this morning letting them know that he can't attend session A. He received a reply within 2 hours. I would make sure you include the last 4 digits of your SS# so they can find your paperwork.

I have searched for the email addy, can you provide it by PM?

Many Thanks
