DoDMERB was quick to disqualify me every time. My waiver was definitely from USNA, and I was informed that the Superintendent did sign off on it. I'm hoping you're right in saying they wouldn't waste their time unless they wanted me for sure, but only time will tell I guess.

Is this entirely true? I received a waiver for two disqualifying conditions on March 11 after being denied twice and submitting new test results twice. I never received a conditional offer and am still waiting for a decision.

Would one be notified if a Conditional Offer of Appointment is made, or should one just assume that if the waiver process has started that one has most likely been made? For example, I have been reviewed for a waiver twice and have not received any notification about a Conditional Offer.

My reasoning behind not receiving a letter stating I got a Conditional Offer--if I did actually get one--is that they probably would grant me a Conditional Offer on the same day that they review me for a waiver. There would be no point in sending me a letter and then turning right back around...

Also, it turns out that only 5 were nominated by my Congressman to the Naval Academy. If Navy was my first choice, why would I miss out on that nomination and only get a West Point nomination?
