Last year on my portal, I never had a DoDMERB icon. I would guess this year wouldn't be different. I'm pretty sure you are also correct regarding the portal completion requirement. I'm pretty sure DoDMERB is separate from the portal.

I asked my MALO about that last year after I passed the CFA at SLS. I was told that there was no reason to resubmit the scores because I had already passed a pass/fail test. I never submitted additional scores after I passed the CFA. And will be reporting to West Point in a few weeks.
