Yep. You have college board submit them for you, thus making them official. You don't have to select specific scores. College board will send all the tests you took, and the academy will select the highest scores from each test. As long as it's before the March deadline, you should be solid.

Just a warning, I believe I recall the instructions stating that you should not hand carry the forms with you during indoc.

I just threw mine in the main envelope with a bunch of the other stuff and the other insurance form (the one you print off). I'm pretty sure that's the one you need a witness to sign so I'd leave the signature blank. The instructions sheet says something along those lines.
