DS received twe this morning due to dq but his waiver was approved in April..could this be a mix up with the waiver not getting added to his file upon review? Or can you still be dqed by admission after having received a waiver?

Yes, I agree..however, it appears that the Colorado Attorney General's office has received notice, as well.

So is this favorable? My son learned yesterday that Navy denied his waiver appeal after receiving an LOA and three letters of clearance. or does USCGA submit the waivers to OPM whether they recommend approval or not? Thank you very much!
