me too (but the USMA as well). Haven't heard from any though. Does a deferral mean that you will be reconsidered when they evaluate all the candidates? My application wasn't in by the deadline to be evaluated earlier.

Funny! I'm in the same boat you are! Mine says offer extended on DODMERB and Hold on MMA website. I spoke w/ LT Flahive at Admissions and she said that I'm on hold until all the nominations come in for my area. I was hoping for an offer as well but I guess the waiting game continues...

It means that you are qualified but the Academy is waiting to further evaluate you for admission. You will be competing for admission against other applicants who are from the same state with the same nomination.
