If one were not picked up for any rated position, could they go up for the supplemental board or are they just stuck on the alternate list?

Just got the results. Not sure the numbers, but out of 9 going up most got pilot, at least 1 CSO, 1 RPA, but I and another were not picked up for anything unfortunately.
