My DS received a DQ from DoDMERB for intussuception surgery performed on him when he was 10 weeks old. The surgery was 100% successful and he has had no other issues for 17 years. Yet, the USAFA, USNA, AFROTC and NROTC did not request a waiver for him so now he is not eligible to even join...
