Found it! The alo webmaster told me that the teacher has to reject the letter from the site.

Thanks Counselors cannot do anything about the letters, I have contacted the email at the bottom of the page but have had no reply or action.

I added my sophomore chemistry teacher into the air force academy evals and he has started but was notified that he cannot complete the eval as he is a sophomore year teacher. How do I clear him from the system so that my counselor can start the eval? Much thanks, Andy C.

Hi, I have recently completed my dod physical and eye exam and I have checked on the dodmerb website. I am medically disqualified due to astigmatism and eyes are not correctable to 20/20. Is this a big hinderance?
