As of a few days ago the Class of 2018 is at 1146.

I've read in multiple cases that USAFA won't allow scholarships that have restrictions on them such as holding a specific GPA etc but you can always call admissions and see what they say.

Spolac I believe that all paperwork for the vp nomination is handled at admissions at that particular academy. Call admissions and they should be able to give you more guidance

I wouldn't stress out about it to much. It is still very early in the application process. Work on what you can and continue to try and contact your ALO.

I was looking at the Priors What to bring list and noticed that it didn't include PT gear or service coat. Should I bother bringing either?

Heads up they issued a stop order for all most PCS's to all the bases in colorado but be rest assured cadets and incoming cadet candidates are exempt. I have confirmed this exemption with POC for the stop order and am waiting a response from the prep school to confirm.

Scoutpilot, ok I can understand where you are coming from, they can not tie it to a specific individual. Although there are alot of opsec websites saying " Do not post exact deployment dates or redeployment dates " and while I agree with this statement, it is not in the regulations.

^^^ Never post exact dates and location of deployments ^^^ This might seem silly but this can give the enemy a better idea of manning and better information to plan an attack etc.. I would highly recommend editing your post

Starting to get excited July 10th is getting closer and closer! Would you recommend studying for "Placement tests" or would I be better off not to?
