If you're gonna cut it, you have to cut it short enough so that it won't touch your shoulders. Keep it short enough so that when it is growing during Beast you won't have to worry about it touching your shoulders.

He's my admissions officer too. Don't worry you're not alone haha. He doesn't really answer my calls or respond to my emails except for like 3 times out of the 10 I probably sent him. I suggest doing what buff said and try contacting your FFR.
